Return and refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 18 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period for an order is 18 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the delivered goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement.

We will refund you no later than 18 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used to place the order and you will not incur any fees for this refund, except for your shipping costs for the return delivery.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be returned, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 18 days

The goods are in their original packaging

The following goods are excluded from return:

The delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, as well as digital downloads.

The delivery of goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, for example goods which spoil quickly or whose expiry date has passed.

The delivery of goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return and which have been unsealed after delivery.

The delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which do not meet the return conditions set out above at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You bear the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We accept no liability for damaged or lost goods on return. We therefore recommend an insured and trackable shipping service. Without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return delivery, we cannot issue a refund.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will transfer the refund to the gift giver.
